Tour Program
ANKARA CASTLE-ETHNOGRAPHY MUSEUM-1ST PARLIAMENT BUILDING-ANITKABIR

After picking up our valued guests from the designated departure points at 01:00, we head towards the capital city of Ankara with stops along the way and a complimentary in-vehicle breakfast package. Our first stop is Ankara Castle, which dates back to the Hittite period and continues to the present day. We explore both its inner and outer walls and closely observe its historical texture. Afterwards, we proceed to the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, which stands today as the counterpart to the historic Mahmut Pasha and Kursunlu Han located around the castle. We visit this rich museum, which displays numerous artifacts from civilizations that lived on Anatolian lands. Next, we visit the Ankara Ethnography Museum, which served as the resting place for Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK's remains from 1938 until 1953. Then, we view the Victory Monument in Ulus Square and arrive at the First Grand National Assembly Building, also known today as the War of Independence Museum. We tour this historic parliament building where the Republic was proclaimed between April 23, 1920, and October 15, 1924; the National Anthem was adopted; Ankara was declared the capital; and Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK was elected President. Afterward, we move on to the Second Grand National Assembly Building, which currently operates as the Republic Museum.

Following this, we take a break for lunch. After the meal, we proceed to Anıtkabir, the eternal resting place of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti's first President, Commander-in-Chief Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, located on Rasattepe (Anıttepe). After visiting Anıtkabir, we also tour its lower sections, which are used as the War of Independence Museum. Finally, we begin our return journey to Istanbul and bid farewell to our valued guests, looking forward to meeting again at another event.
