A specific seat number cannot be guaranteed or promised during the reservation process. The guide reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and flow, provided that the entire program is implemented as necessary. Our tours constitute an integral whole comprising hotel accommodation, bus transportation, tour itinerary, and guiding services; they cannot be evaluated separately. No refunds are issued for unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing tours, or similar rights during the tour.

Our vehicles depart from the designated meeting points at the announced times for each tour. You must be present at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

The contact number of the tour manager will be sent via SMS to the phone number you provided during reservation, prior to the tour participation date. Please ensure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, responsibility lies with you.

If children under 18 years of age participate in the tour without one or both parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the necessary consent letters throughout the journey.

The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with a notice period of 3 days in cases where sufficient participation is not achieved. The latest circular invalidates any previous circulars. Prices include VAT.

Fison Travel bears no responsibility if facilities, museums, historical sites, or other establishments operating under the jurisdiction of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and local municipalities are closed due to renovation, maintenance, restoration, or similar works, or if tours cannot be carried out due to weather conditions either before or during the tour.
