No seat number can be guaranteed at the time of reservation. The guide has the right to make changes to the timing and flow when deemed necessary, provided that the entire program is carried out. Our tour is a day trip and does not include hotel accommodation. Our tours are a whole with the bus, tour program, and guiding services and cannot be evaluated separately. Transportation, local excursions, and similar rights not used within the tour are non-refundable.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the announced times; please be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Before the date of participation in the tour, the contact information of the tour staff will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure your contact number is correct. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to you.
If minors under the age of 18 do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, it is mandatory to have the required consent forms with them throughout the travel period.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice of 3 days if sufficient participation is not achieved. The latest circular invalidates the previous circular. VAT is included in our prices.
Fison Travel cannot be held responsible for visits that cannot be carried out if facilities, museums, and archaeological sites operated under the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism and local municipalities are closed due to renovation, maintenance, restoration, or similar works, or for excursions that cannot be conducted before or during the tour due to weather conditions.

Tour Program
Day: Düzce - Güzeldere Waterfall - Efteni Waterfall - Topuk Plateau
We continue toward Gölyaka via Adapazarı - Düzce, departing from the specified points. After a journey that will take approximately 2 hours, we arrive at Güzeldere Waterfall, known as Turkey’s highest waterfall (130 m). After the free time we will give here, we board our bus and make a short photo stop on the shore of Lake Efteni in the Gölyaka area, which was designated as a Wildlife Development Area in 2005. After our stop at Lake Efteni, we turn toward Bolu Mountain. After a while, we arrive at Topuk Plateau, which is at an altitude of 1300 m. After our walk around Topuk Plateau Pond, we begin our return journey to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, we bid farewell to our valued guests, hoping to meet again at our next event.
