After arriving in Izmir with the first light of morning, you begin your day with a delightful exploration immersed in history and nature. As you head towards Ephesus, you leave behind the city crowds and the peaceful roads lined with olive trees, reaching the House of the Virgin Mary after approximately 25 minutes of travel. According to Christian tradition, after Jesus was crucified, the Virgin Mary was brought to Ephesus by the Apostle John and spent her final years on these tranquil hills. Narratives about John's arrival in Ephesus and Jesus entrusting his mother to him further strengthen the significance of this sacred site.
After visiting the House of the Virgin Mary, you turn your route towards the Ancient City of Ephesus and begin your impressive walking tour. As you walk through stone-paved streets, majestic columns, and architectural details that have survived from the past to the present, you have the opportunity to closely observe traces of daily life in the ancient world. The Odeon, Trajan Fountain, Scholastica Baths, Temple of Hadrian, and the elegant facade of the Library of Celsus are among the highlights of the tour. The Great Theatre, where Saint Paul addressed the public, stands out as one of the largest performance venues of antiquity with its capacity of approximately 24,000 people. The Arcadian Way, said to have been used by Mark Antony and Cleopatra during ceremonial processions, adds a magnificent atmosphere to the Ephesus visit.
The visit to the Ephesus Open-Air Museum lasts approximately 2 hours. After the lunch break, you set off to see the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Built in honor of Artemis, associated with hunting, nature, and fertility, this magnificent structure became one of the most remarkable marble works of its time, with dimensions approximately four times larger than the Parthenon in Greece. In addition to religious ceremonies, the temple also served as a center for commercial activities, gradually accumulating great economic power and earning the title of one of the first banks in history.
At the end of this special day filled with history, culture, and discovery, you are transferred to your hotel in Kuşadası, where you rest in your comfortable room and spend the night.
A pleasant free day awaits you to explore Kuşadası at your own pace. You can plan your day as you wish, enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach, go shopping in local shops, or savor your coffee with a sea view at an elegant café.
At the end of the day, a comfortable transfer will be arranged for you to Izmir Airport for your return flight.
During reservation, no seat number can be guaranteed. The guide reserves the right to make changes in timing and program flow, provided that the entire program is carried out. Our tours are an integral whole comprising hotel, bus, tour program, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, local excursions, etc., within the tour are not refundable.
Our vehicles depart from the designated meeting points at the specified times for each tour; please be ready at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

In cases where children under 18 years of age (minors) do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, it is mandatory that the necessary consent letters required for tour participation be carried by the individuals during travel.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is insufficient number of participants, provided that notice is given 3 (three) days in advance. The latest circular supersedes all previous ones. Prices include VAT.
