After picking up our valued guests from the designated departure points at 01:00, we set off toward the capital, Ankara, accompanied by our en route breaks and a morning in-vehicle breakfast package service. Our first stop is Ankara Castle, which dates back to the Hittite period. We tour both its inner and outer walls and see its historical texture up close. Later, we move on to the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, the present-day counterpart of the Historic Mahmut Pasha and Kurşunlu Han located around the castle. We visit this rich museum, where many artifacts belonging to civilizations that lived on Anatolian lands are exhibited. Afterwards, we go to the Ankara Ethnography Museum, which housed the remains of Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK from 1938 to 1953. Then, after seeing the Ulus Victory Monument in Ulus Square, we arrive at the 1st Parliament Building, also known today as the War of Independence Museum. We tour this historic assembly, where the Republic was proclaimed, the National Anthem was adopted, Ankara was declared the capital, and Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK was elected President between April 23, 1920 and October 15, 1924. Afterwards, we move on to the 2nd Grand National Assembly of Turkey Building, which now serves as the Republic Museum.
Then we take a break for lunch. After the meal, we go to Anıtkabir, the eternal resting place of Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, the first President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Turkey, located on Ankara Rasattepe, that is, Anıttepe. After our visit to Anıtkabir, we also tour the lower sections used as the War of Independence Museum. Afterwards, we set off on the return journey to Istanbul and bid farewell to you, our valued guests, hoping to meet again in another organization.
