The Istanbul-based “Balkan Trio Tour: Kosovo – Albania – Macedonia, 3 Nights 4 Days” program is specially designed for travelers who wish to explore the heart of three countries in a short time. You will experience one of the routes where you can feel the Balkan spirit the most with Ottoman traces, impressive mountain views, lakes, bridges, and squares. On the first day, we will depart from Istanbul in the morning and head towards the Balkans with a comfortable bus journey, during which your guide will provide information about the region's history, culture, and stories extending to the present day. In the evening, we will arrive in Kosovo and settle into the hotel. Afterward, for those who wish, we will take a night walk.
You will breathe in the captivating atmosphere of Prizren and Pristina in Kosovo. As you walk through cobbled streets, historical mosques, inns, and bridges, you will see the architectural heritage left from the Ottoman period and have the opportunity to meet the warm people of the Balkans. After our exploration in Kosovo, we will make a short journey to Albania.
In Albania, the capital Tirana and cities famous for their stone architecture await you. Skanderbeg Square and the surrounding structures will shed light on the country’s recent history and modern face. While walking amidst colorful buildings, bustling cafes, and city parks, you will discover the dynamism of Albania. As your guide explains the changes from the communist period to the present, you will also be able to capture these moments with photo breaks. After our tour in Tirana, we will turn our route to Macedonia, setting out to explore Ohrid and Skopje, the most romantic stops in the Balkans. During our visit by Lake Ohrid, you will feel as if you are wandering through an open-air museum with lake views, narrow streets, historic churches, and the atmosphere of the market. In Skopje, you will see both Ottoman and modern Macedonian traces among streets adorned with Stone Bridge, squares, mosques, churches, and statues.

The main cities to be visited within the tour program, the daily itinerary order, and estimated departure-arrival times will be shared in advance: Participants will be informed about which day they will go to which city in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, the timings for intercity transitions, and approximate arrival times before the trip. This way, guests can better plan their days, making arrangements for shopping, free time, or additional tours beforehand.
The duration of the tour is 3 nights and 4 days, and accommodations are generally made in double rooms in 3 or 4-star hotels close to the city center; an extra fee may be charged for single occupancy: Throughout the tour, accommodation is provided for 3 nights, usually in safe and easily accessible 3 or 4-star hotels located close to the city center. The rooms are mostly shared double rooms, and guests wishing to stay alone may be charged an additional fee under the “single room difference” category.
