For our standard tours, full refund is provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour date. Later cancellations are subject to a partial fee; details are specified in the policy section on each tour page.

Yes, hot air balloon tours depend on weather conditions for safety reasons. In case of adverse weather, the tour is cancelled and your fee is fully refunded or rescheduled to another date free of charge.

We provide free pickup and drop-off from hotels in the central area. An additional fee may apply for locations outside the area. Simply share your accommodation details during booking.
