Tour Program
Day: Maşukiye - Separate Planet Glass Terrace - Ormanya Hobbit Houses - Sapanca
In the morning, we depart from the designated points toward Maşukiye. As we leave the city crowds behind and blend into the tranquility of nature along the way, we take the first step of an enjoyable day accompanied by fresh air and lush greenery. When we arrive in Maşukiye, we begin our walk along sloping paths and experience peaceful moments in forests rich with oxygen.
After our nature walk, guests who wish can take advantage of activities such as ATV safari, zipline, or UTV in nature in Maşukiye. All of these activities are subject to an extra fee. For those who want to go on an ATV safari, an adventure-filled course lasting approximately 45 minutes awaits you.
After our Maşukiye trip, we continue our journey to Ayrı Gezegen Glass Terrace(extra). From this special point, the first and only glass terrace in the Marmara Region, we have the opportunity to watch Sapanca Lake and the impressive mountain silhouette around it. On the glass terrace, built on an area of 460 m2, with a size of 100 m2 and a height of 185 meters, we capture unforgettable shots. Then we proceed toward Ormanya.
Built on a vast area of 4,000 decares, the Natural Life Park Ormanya hosts 467 animal and plant species from 53 different species. We observe the natural habitats of living creatures such as red deer, gazelle, and roe deer, and spend pleasant time in touch with nature. As we tour the section where the hobbit houses, which left their mark in our memories with The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films, are located, we step into a fairy-tale atmosphere and have plenty of opportunities to take photos.
After our visit to Ormanya, with a journey of approximately 30 minutes, we reach the shoreline of Sapanca Lake. During the 1 hour of free time we will provide here, those who wish can take a walk by the lake, ride the pedal boats operating in the summer season, or rest in cafes with lake views and get rid of the day's fatigue.
After the free time, we begin our return journey to Istanbul and say goodbye, hoping to meet again on another tour.

If deemed necessary by the guide, they have the right to make changes to the timing and flow, provided that the entire program is carried out. Our tour is a day trip and does not include hotel accommodation. Our tours are an integral whole with the bus, tour program, and guiding services, and cannot be evaluated separately. Transportation, side trips, and similar rights not used within the tour are non-refundable.
Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the announced times. You are required to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Before the tour participation date, the contact number of the tour staff member will be sent as a text message to the phone number you provided during reservation. Please make sure your contact number is correct. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to you.
If children under 18 and not considered adults participate in the tour without one or both of their mother or father, it is mandatory for the required consent forms to be with them during the trip.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 3 days in advance if there is insufficient participation. The latest circular nullifies the previous one. VAT is included in our prices.
Fison Travel has no responsibility for places such as facilities, museums, and archaeological sites operating under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and local municipalities being unable to be visited because they are closed due to renovation, maintenance, restoration, and similar works, or for programs that cannot be carried out due to weather conditions before or during the tour.
