The main cities to be visited on the tour program, the daily route sequence, and the estimated departure-arrival times will be shared in advance: The schedule of which city will be visited on which day in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, the times for intercity transfers, and the approximate arrival times will be shared with participants before the trip. This way, guests can better plan their days, making arrangements for shopping, free time, or additional tours in advance.
The tour lasts for 3 nights and 4 days, and accommodations are generally provided in 3 or 4-star hotels near the city center in double rooms; an extra fee may apply for single occupancy: Throughout the tour, accommodation will generally be provided in safe and easily accessible 3 or 4-star hotels close to the city center for 3 nights. Rooms are mostly shared double rooms, and guests wishing to stay alone may be charged an additional fee under “single room difference.”
What is included in the price (transportation, accommodation, specific meals, panoramic city tours, guiding services) and what is not included in the price (visa procedures if required, personal expenses, museum and site entrance fees, extra tours, lunch/dinner) should be clarified before the tour: What is included in the tour price (air/road transportation, hotel, breakfast or some meals, panoramic city tours, professional guiding, etc.) should be clearly stated during the sales phase. Additionally, extra costs such as visa fees, additional tours, entrance fees for museums and sites, personal expenses, and certain meals should be explained in detail in advance to avoid any surprise costs later on.
Passport validity period, visa requirements, green passport rights, and documents that may be needed for border crossings (travel health insurance, photocopy of identity, etc.) should be checked before the tour date: When entering Balkan countries, it is generally expected that your passport is valid for at least 3-6 months, so this period should be reviewed before the tour. Which countries require visas from Turkish citizens, the exemption status for green passport holders, and the documents that may be requested at the border such as insurance policies, reservation prints, and identity photocopies should also be clarified before the tour.
It is recommended to bring season-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes, personal medications, a power adapter (if needed), and cash euro and/or credit cards for extra expenses; the exchange to local currencies can generally be done upon arrival: Since Balkan cities often require walking, layered clothing suitable for the weather and comfortable walking shoes are very important. You can carry your personal medications, any adapters for different plug types used in hotels, and a bit of cash in euros along with your credit/bank cards, while currency exchange transactions can usually be carried out at exchange offices or banks in the country you are visiting.
It should be noted that there may be small changes in the schedule and content of the tour program due to weather conditions, traffic, congestion at border crossings, or decisions by official authorities, and that the guide's information and directions should be followed in such cases: Especially during border crossings and intercity travels, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or customs congestion, resulting in minor shifts in the program flow. In such cases, changes for the safety and comfort of the group should be primarily considered based on the real-time information and directions given by the tour guide.
